Opening Ceremonies and Spring Jamboree
The HYBSA Opening Ceremonies and the Spring Jamboree is this Saturday.
Here is some information you need to know:
They want teams to begin assembling on the Pinto Field at 8:30
Find a Board member and they will be able to tell your team where to line up or help you find our team.

Concession Sign Up
Looks like you can now sign up for your concession stand shift of 4 hours. Once you log on to your Hays Ball account you can choose "Concession Sign Up" which will take you to a calendar to then find a date that works best for you.
Before the season started you were able to buy out for $40, but that option has now passed. Reminder each family works a 4 hour shift for each player. You have 2 weeks to sign up, if you do not sign up a time/date will be chosen for you and if you do not work the shift assignment a $60 fine will be placed on your child's account.

Picture Day Information
April 2nd during the Spring Jamboree. It is usually about an hour before our game. They are taking an actual group picture, so you must be there to be in the picture.

Parent Gear
A website has been made to make ordering parent gear easier this year.
The front will have the same logo as your player.
The back has different options from the roster to your kid's number and name (we don't know your kids number yet). Also there is other spirit gear for family members.

Names On Hats
If you would like to have your son's name stitched on his hat please let me know and give me $5 at this Thursdays practice, so I can turn in our list and money to get this done.
It is always nicely done and helps lost hats find their correct owner as well as creating less drama when kids try to figure out which hat belongs to them.

When you registered you were given an option to buy out for $40 or plan to work the concession stand for 4 hours. We have a team sponsor, but if you know of a business interested in being a team sponsor for $500 please have them contact Treasurer Patricia Bazan pbazan@austin.rr.com for information. In return they will get a field sign, name on the back of team shirt, website link and a team plaque.
